Character points – This is what I am giving to all PC’s as a constant Gameplay challenge. Pulling no punches, this is 100% designed to challenge players and break ruts we have all found ourselves in as PCs. I’m gonna need all the help I can get to make this interesting and this challenge is a gauntlet that I throw down in the hopes that others will make my road easier to travel.
The player still fleshes out the character with or without this added into the mix. However, starting at 2nd level, when a player is ready to level, they must have a conversation with me explaining how they portrayed these rolls in character. At that point it will be determined whether or not the players level. These are 100% secretive and they cannot tell any of the other PCs what this is. In fact, if it comes up in conversation with anyone, you are to say that you have no idea what the other player is talking about. I will be lenient at first but the more the PCs grow, the more this will be enforced. Asking questions in front of the entire crew will bring upon you an in game penalty. This is something shown in e-mails or in actions/deed, not by saying “I am doing this because I am forgetful or doing this because I respect authority.”

Sabo – Great respect for all authority figures and those that seem to assume that role. Highly attentive to the needs of others. “JW seems to be positioned as the leader of this crew by this guild. I must show my respect for him and for this guild. Maybe there’s a way I can help them all out”
JW – Neglectful. Often forgetful of important details, even critical ones. “Oh yeah, that’s right, the Solamith family does hate bargaining or bartering in any way, shape or form. In fact, it’s a downright insult to them. My bad”
Kevin – Fine attention to detail. Very big planner. Over analytical. Always pursues knowledge whenever possible. “Hold on, before we charge into battle, we should have a plan.”
Brian – Natural Leader. Always looking to assume that role and is someone who goes out of his way to maintain the respect that comes with that. Always on top of every situation and may micro-manage friends and anyone around him. “Guys, have we all made sure we are powered up and ready for this fight. JW, did you _____. Sabo, did you______”
Steve – Natural #2. Very well grounded. Not too stoic, not too silly. Very real. “Hey, when you need me I will be there. I’ll be your rock. You just point me in the right direction.”
Joe – Caustic and highly confrontational. Irrational. “What do you mean those orcs seem to be baiting us? Who the hell died and made you boss? CHARGE!!!!!!”
